At IKEN Supported Living, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to live a life filled with choice, dignity, independence and purpose. We are a specialist supported living provider dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities and complex support requirements to live successfully within their own homes and communities. IKEN Supported Living was established with a clear vision: to transform the way support is delivered by placing people at the heart of every decision. Too often, support services focus primarily on care needs rather than personal aspirations. We believe individuals are far more than their diagnoses, support requirements or challenges. Every person has dreams, talents, ambitions and the right to make choices about their own life. Our organisation was founded to bridge the gap between quality care and genuine independence. We recognised the growing need for specialist supported living services that not only meet people’s support needs but actively help them build confidence, develop skills and achieve meaningful outcomes.
